ECONOMYAND VITALITY

  • I want to promote long-term sustainable financial management. In the coming years, the finances of municipalities, welfare regions, and the state will be extremely tight. This requires us, as decision-makers, to have the courage to do things in new ways!

  • In Kirkkonummi, we need to invest even more in supporting local businesses. Streamlined permit processes and a business-friendly environment are key areas for development.

  • Financial sustainability is the foundation for well-functioning services and long-term development. Every tax euro must be spent wisely, and resource allocation must be responsible.

WELLBEING

  • The future welfare region must be built through determined development, close cooperation, and bold solutions. The most important thing is to have a clear direction: more customer-oriented, efficient, and sustainable services for all residents of Western Uusimaa.

  • Access to care must be made easier so that help is available when needed.

  • The interfaces between municipalities, the welfare region, and specialized medical care must be made seamless in service processes.

  • I want to enable freedom of choice in services and promote a multi-provider model

  • I want to ensure the availability of timely and preventive services. Frequently needed services must remain close to people.

 ENERGY AND CLIMATE

  • Local nature is an important part of a pleasant living environment and residents' well-being. Preserving and developing green areas enhance the municipality's attractiveness and provide opportunities for recreation and an active lifestyle.

  • With my expertise, I want to help transition cost-effectively towards low-carbon solutions.

  • I want to develop sustainable procurement and procurement management. Public procurement has enormous potential.

  • Growing EU requirements (EED, EPBD, etc.) must be implemented nationally in a sensible way. In the coming years, municipalities will face new requirements, and they must be able to meet them.
